I feel it's time to lay down what it takes and what I will require staff in this community.

li] I cannot in good conscience promote people freely like I used too in the early days this is a security issue and having a bad admin reflect very poorly on a community.[/li][/list]
li] I demote staff if they become inactive or left the community. I had few staff and friends start their own communities trying to leech from my members. This is not only rude it's underhanded. If you want to start your own community by all means but don't steal others effort for yourself [/li][/list]
